This paper proposes a simplified design approach to predict the flexural behavior of reinforced concrete (RC) beams strengthened by high-performance textile mortar (TRM) under cyclic loads. Based on experimental results, effect main factors as well effectiveness and reliability TRM strengthening layer loads were examined per ACI 437 method.
